Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED: 1 MAY 2026 · DRAFT — PENDING SOLICITOR REVIEW
1. Services
Intel Force Ltd ("we") provides Intel Force OS — a multi-agent AI platform — to customers ("you") under these Terms. The specific scope of services is described in your order form, the website at intelforce.ai, and our published documentation.
2. Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted in your order form. Founding-customer pricing is locked at £400/month for twelve months from start date. After that you move onto whichever standard tier matches your usage. All fees are GBP, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
3. Term and termination
Monthly contracts: month-to-month, cancellable with 30 days' notice. Annual contracts: cancellable at next renewal. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach. We may suspend service for non-payment after a 14-day cure period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at /aup. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to Intel Force OS itself. You retain all rights to your data, your handbook, your voice samples, and any output drafted on your behalf — these are yours, fully and exclusively, the moment they are produced.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the other's confidential information confidential. Customer data is treated as confidential by default.
7. Warranties
We warrant that we will perform the services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards. We do not warrant that the AI will produce specific outputs or that all drafts will be free of errors — that's why every output is a draft for your review.
8. Liability
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement is capped at the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Data processing
Our Data Processing Agreement is incorporated by reference and available at /security and on request. The DPA governs how we process personal data under UK GDPR.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating proceedings.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use of the services after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
