1. Who we are
Intel Force Ltd (Registered in England and Wales) is the data controller for the personal data you submit through this website and through use of Intel Force OS. Contact our DPO at privacy@intelforce.ai.
2. What we collect
- Information you provide via forms or email — name, email address, company name, message content.
- Anonymous traffic analytics via Plausible (no cookies, no IP storage, GDPR-compliant by design).
- Customer-account data inside the Intel Force OS dashboard, processed under our Data Processing Agreement.
3. What we don't collect
- No Google Analytics. No Hotjar. No session replay.
- No marketing cookies. No third-party tracking scripts.
- No advertising identifiers.
4. Lawful bases
- Contract — to deliver Intel Force OS to paying customers.
- Legitimate interest — for sales communications you initiated and anonymous analytics.
- Legal obligation — for tax records and audit logs we must retain.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email privacy@intelforce.ai. We'll respond within 30 days.
6. International transfers
Customer data is stored within the UK and EU. The single non-UK/EU processor is Anthropic (US, for Claude inference) — covered by the UK-US data bridge under appropriate Standard Contractual Clauses. No other US transfers.
7. Retention
- Customer-account data: 7 years after account closure (compliance requirement).
- Marketing-form submissions: 24 months unless you opt-in to longer.
- Anonymous analytics: rolling 24 months.
8. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies (session preferences). No consent banner is required because Plausible is cookieless and we do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
9. Complaints
If we haven't resolved your concern, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk.
